The majority of Volkswagen vehicles are extremely well made, and the VW Caddy is no different, with it being one of the best small vans on the entire market. Just by looking at the different models available you'll see that they're some of the most comprehensive.
Engine wise, you can choose from a 1.6 litre or 2.0 litre diesel, while there's a number of outputs available. The 1.6 option has 75 bhp and 102 bhp, with the 2.0 having 110 bhp as well as 140 bhp, while it's also possible to opt for stop start technology, cruise control and hill hold assist.
When it comes to load space, the Volkswagen Caddy is the largest when it comes to small vans. Included is a solid half height bulkhead that has a plastic mesh upper section, protecting both the driver and passenger. A maximum of 750 kg is able to be carried, which may not be the most on the marker, but it's sufficient enough for lots of driver.
Lengthwise, there's 1,172 mm between the wheel arches, and the side door makes it much easier to load items onto the Caddy. Six lashing rings let you secure any load, which is always a benefit.
