About the Dacia Duster
If you're looking for Value, the Duster 4x4 has buckets of it all thanks to the space, good running costs and decent off roading abilities. Back in 2013 it won a good amount of awards, such as car of the year.
Following Dacia's reputation of no nonsense styling, the Duster 4x4 is no exception. It doesn't look ugly, in fact that couldn't be further from the truth. It simply goes for the no nonsense stylings that Dacia like to use.
The entry level model has a 1.6 litre petrol engine. It may be powerful enough to keep pace with traffic, but it isn't the most effective engine around. On the other hand, the 1.5 dCi diesel engine, taken from Renault, is incredibly responsive. It can keep a decent pace, all thanks to the six speed manual gearbox. Suspension wise, bumps are soaked up very well, although you will find quite a bit of body roll when taking a corner.
Practicality is definitely one of the best things about the Dacia Duster 4x4. It has some of the best space that can be seen, even in today's car market. It has 475 litres of boot space which can be expanded all the way up to 1,636 litres when the back seats are folded down.
Any passengers will definitely be comfortable, with plenty of space that is wide as well. Three adults will be able to sit in the back and they would all still be comfortable. Reliability wise it´s standard Dacia. You are able to use quality Renault parts if anything becomes faulty.
